Stunning 2-story river rock wood burning fireplace will immediately catch your attention when you enter through the front doors. Some of the logs were painted a black accent color to create contrast and style. Fireplace box was rebuilt and made to look antique, as well as the exterior chimney from the roof up. The vaulted ceiling pulls your eye up, a great sense of space in this room.
New flooring was installed throughout this main part of the home, large 12x36" porcelain tile w/grey undertones to keep it light. Architectural style light fixtures over the dining room table space and the living room in front of the fireplace.
Cozy seating area in front of the fireplace to enjoy those summer and winter evenings. Log mantel fits in perfect with the style, and there is a tiled hearth area as well.

This allows for multi-generational living in one home!

Original wet bar was left in the corner of the great room! Plenty of storage space, seating for 2-4 chairs, and copper footrest adds more character! This home was made to have fun in!
Huge dining room area! While this table has 6 chairs, they are big wicker chairs. You could add two more and easily accommodate 8, or even use a bigger table that will fit 10. Enter into the fully remodeled kitchen, with light grey vinyl plank flooring including in-floor heating. This part of the home is the original cabin that was built using wood milled from the lot, and logs as well. Large windows and two sets of slider doors really open up this part of the home to the outdoors. Darker soft-close shaker cabinets, new stainless appliances, quartz counter tops, large island with seating for four, stone accent back splash that was whitewashed to create more of a antique look and hood to vent the stove.
Original vertical wood walls were combined with new old-world plaster look drywall to keep the rustic feel while lighting up the space. The designer owner remodeled the home with a certain look in mind!

Kitchen is open and connected to the family room area, with staircase leading to the upper level of the home. Laundry room is the door on the right. You can see the storage in the island cabinet.
So many windows in this room really add to the feeling of living in a tree house! Lovely original brick decorative walls were left in two areas of this room, behind the wood burning stove of course, but also on an area next to the staircase. This stove puts out a lot of heat in the winter and there is a stack of wood already waiting to be used.
Wow, you will want to sit here all day and look outside!
Deck right outside the family room is probably the most used! Large enough for a eating table as well, and BBQ. Two gates can close off this deck from all sides.

Bedroom on the second level with old world plaster, original wood walls and ceiling, and big log at the peak. Original pine wood floors, Juliette balcony was newly rebuilt in 2023, individual heat controls in this room.
Primary bedroom on the second level. Also with a newly rebuilt Juliette balcony, original pine floors, wood grain walls and ceiling, old world plaster walls were added. Large primary walk-in closet off this room, and sliding barn door for access to the adjoining bathroom.
Large walk-in closet was left mostly original; contains large built-in dresser, and closet organizers.
Newly remodeled bathroom with hanging cabinet, tiled counter and concrete bowl sink with waterfall faucet. Tiled shower and floor repeated the same tile style as below, glass barn style door and hardware. Several orignal built-in nooks for storage were left in place.
Plenty of parking on the side of the home, and there is easy potential to add a garage by going back into the hillside a ways and creating a garage and leaving parking outside. Chimney was completely rebuilt in 2026 from the roof up, new flashing as well and a new top on the chimney.
North side of the home shows the stairs leading to the upper deck, and the front deck with lots of space for a BBQ as well as seating. This chimney was also rebuilt from the roof up.
Shows all the new decks, which were rebuilt in 2023. There are gates that can be closed on the main level deck to keep dogs and kids contained, if needed!
